The surfboard paintings are my personal desire to reuse surfboards to honor and acknowledge their previous importance to us while creating a new artistic statement.

Painting a surfboard is an expression of our coastal consciousness. The board may be a new board or your old favorite as I can recondition most boards and bring them up to a fully restored status prior to painting.
With today’s modern technology, we can incorporate digital images of your choice, or hand paint directly to the board. We also design boards that are partially sculpted with a backset canvas where the board becomes the frame. In this gallery, you will see examples of both, as well as those representing a skillful combination of techniques. The choice is yours and the combinations are unlimited.
Commissions are welcome. Highest quality materials used with a variety of finishes available to suit your specific decor requirements.
